- Ask Refugee from Allah SWT
Dua is a solution of all our problems. Allah SWT loves us more than seventy mothers. How can He not listen to us when we are in trouble and asking for protection from depression and anxiety. It is stated in the Holy Quran that:
‘O Allah, I take refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being over powered by men.’

“Do you not see that there have been Ayat revealed to me tonight the like of which has not been seen before. They are “Say: “I seek refuge with, the Lord of Al-Falaq.” (Surah Al-Falaq 113:1) and “Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind.’‘(Surah An-Naas 114:1))
